Goods are normally despatched the next working day, our working days for despatching are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank and public holidays).

Delivery is free of charge for all on line orders , we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Parcel Carrier.
Any query regarding non-delivery must be notified to us as soon as possible, as a guide if you have not received your order within 4-5 days then please contact to enable us to make enquiries as soon as possible. If you are not totally happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund.
